The New Forest 100 Gran Fondo is a new 100km cycling challenge starting and finishing in Verwood, on the edge of the New Forest.
The event will use one circular route of approximately 100km.
The route will take riders through attractive New Forest and Dorset countryside, combining open roads, woodland and villages for a rewarding day in the saddle.
At all times riders are expected to respect local communities, other road users and the unique New Forest environment.
No matter your ability, this will be a friendly and welcoming Gran Fondo.
THIS EVENT WILL INCLUDE A SIGNED ROUTE, A FEED STATION, ON-COURSE MECHANICAL SUPPORT AND MEDICAL COVER.
If you enter with Jersey you will be sent a code to purchase your Jersey in our shop
Your jersey will be posted to the delivery address supplied with your order.
To receive a finisher’s medal, you’ll need to enter by 28th July, that’s the cut-off date for us to place the medal order.
Entries will still remain open after this date, but late entrants can take part without a medal or can have last years medal.

You will not be able to start after 09:00.
The final 100km route map will be published here once the course has been confirmed.
ROUTE MAPIf you require a printed map, you need to download and print your own. There are no printed maps available at the event.
The route will be comprehensively marked with route arrows. We also recommend downloading the final GPX file to a phone or navigation device as a backup.
There is one 100km route, so there are no route splits.
Food and drink will vary slightly by location, but feed stations usually include:
Water and energy drink.
Bananas, crisps, jellybeans or jelly babies.
Waffles, Jaffa Cakes, flapjack and cake.
Tea and coffee.
Plus a few other things that we source as they become available. Not everything listed will be available at every feed station.
We do not supply gels and cannot guarantee that products do not contain nuts, gluten or wheat. If you have specific food tolerances, you will need to carry your own supplies.
The 100km route will include one fully stocked feed station.
